Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds may only be issued if a payment was made in error, or if there is a verified discrepancy between the items listed in the manifest and the items received.

  • Devices must be inspected and verified by our team before any refund consideration.

2. Non-Refundable Transactions

  • All verified bulk purchases are final once payment has been processed.

  • Devices that were shipped with undisclosed damage, iCloud/MDM locks, or counterfeit components are not eligible for refunds.

  • Shipping costs and third-party service fees are non-refundable.

3. Disputed Transactions

 

If there is a dispute regarding device condition or payment, customers must contact us within 3 business days of receiving payment. Provide your transaction ID, manifest, and photos for review.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.
